Six-year-old Charlie Riddell and his Mom visited St. Matthew’s House Campbell’s Lodge homeless shelter this week with a very special gift. Little Charlie, who gave $5.00 of his very own earnings, became the youngest donor in St. Matthew’s House history.
His parents pitched in a bit to raise Charlie’s donation to $50.00, which Charlie wanted to donate specifically to moms and their children in the shelter.
Charlie’s gift just goes to show that not all lessons are learned through age and wisdom.
Thank you, Charlie, for your giving heart!
