St. Matthew’s House Applied to Increase Number of Beds at Naples Shelter

Two weeks ago we shared that our homeless shelter wait-list continues to grow. It was up to almost 50 people at the time.

In keeping with our mission and core beliefs, St. Matthew’s House knew we couldn’t just continue letting the numbers rise without actively doing something. So we’ve applied to expand our Campbell Lodge shelter in Naples from 104 beds to 150 beds.

As of now, the date has not been set for the Planning Commission to review our application, but we’re remaining hopeful that it will be soon!

Please pray with us that our application gets approved quickly so that we can help even more people in Collier County.
