If you don’t think you’ll fill at least 5 small baskets food or hygiene items can be dropped off at Thrift at 2601 in Naples or at the Metro Pkwy Thrift in Ft Myers.

Food Assistance

We work to eliminate hunger through our community kitchen, food pantry, and mobile distributions.

Last year, 2.1 million meals were distributed.

Homeless Shelters

Serving three communities, our homeless shelters provide safe, clean housing, and wraparound services for individuals.

Last year, 1,595 people utilized our shelters with over 741 moving to housing of their own.

Addiction Recovery

Justin’s Place® is Southwest Florida’s only year-long, faith-based 12-step recovery program addressing physical and emotional needs.

Last year, 1,253 people continued on their road to recovery.

Transitional Housing

We provide affordable transitional housing for program graduates to live near their jobs and within a supportive, sober community for up to two years preparing for full life relaunch.

Last year, 250 people found supportive housing at a St. Matthew’s House property.

Workforce Development

Our businesses and programs train and employ participants, equipping them with the skills and resources to secure stable employment in a multitude of careers.

Last year, 681 individuals gained and retained jobs.

Hunger

Nearly 152,000 individuals experience food insecurity in Southwest Florida every year.

Homelessness

Collier and Lee County Homeless Coalitions identified more than 1,500 adults and more than 1,700 children experiencing homelessness in our communities.

Addiction

In 2023, Florida’s 7,769 accidental overdose deaths were the 2nd most nationally.

Under-employment

Individuals recovering from crisis find great difficulty securing living wage jobs.
