On Monday, January 24, 2022, our food distribution team, in partnership with the Harry Chapin Food Bank and the Midwest Food Bank, set a new personal record distributing food to 802 families. That’s a large increase compared to a normal Monday averaging between 500 and 600 families.
Additionally, our Naples Alliance Church distribution served over 300 setting a record for the number of families served at that location.
Part of this increase is due to the growing need for assistance with prices continuing to rise in groceries stores across the county.
If you or someone you know is in need of food assistance, check out our full list of upcoming food distributions.
