Welcome to our monthly Spotlight e-newsletter full of organizational updates, upcoming
events and other ways for you to get involved!
First off, if you haven’t yet viewed it, our
2025 Annual Report has officially been published
sharing all the impactful information from the last fiscal year.
Looking ahead, we have some exciting events coming up. On
April 11
, there will be a FREE community event,
Pole Vault in the Plaza
, happening at Mercato with all proceeds from the merchandise sales, the silent
auction, and sponsorships, being donated to St. Matthew’s House.
And about a week later, on
April 20
, we’ll be hosting our annual

St. Matthew’s House Golf Scramble
at TwinEagles. Registration and sponsorship opportunities are available for both
events through the events page on our website.
We’re moving forward with the second phase of our Journey Together Capital Campaign,
and we hope to break ground this summer. This phase will allow us to grow Justin’s
Village, our sober living community of supportive housing, to help over 100 more
individuals.
Finally, just around the corner is Easter – a beautiful holiday celebrating the hope
of life after death! We’re excited to host a special Easter lunch for our program
participants and anyone else in the community needing a delicious meal on this
important day.
And last but not least, as we prepare for Easter, we know many of our snowbirds are
preparing to leave town.
As you sort through your pantry and your closets, consider donating food and
clothing to help us stock our food pantry and thrift stores for the summer ahead.

Thank you for supporting St. Matthew’s House; God Bless!

In the time Wendy Wagner has sketched countless faces, she’s heard just as many
stories.
“You find out how fascinating they [her subjects] are, what they’ve been through, what
they’ve seen,” said Wagner.
In her work, “Faces Beyond Homelessness,” Wagner partners with the Naples nonprofit
St. Matthew’s House to feature 10 faces of those without a home.
