About the Songwriters

The Warren Brothers

Brad and Brett Warren, better known as The Warren Brothers, are Grammy-nominated, Emmy Award-winning songwriters whose songs have made an impact across country music and beyond. With 10 No. 1 hits and dozens of charting songs, the brothers have written music recorded by some of the biggest names in music, including Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Keith Urban, Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Dierks Bentley, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, and more.

Known for their unmistakable chemistry, quick wit, and stories behind the songs, Brad and Brett bring the same energy to the stage that has made them two of Nashville’s most respected and enduring hitmakers.

Kat Higgins

From Vancouver, Canada, Kat Higgins grew up singing Irish folk music with her siblings at local fairs and St. Patrick’s Day parties. Throughout her teen years, the family band had success at Canadian country radio and toured full-time. Kat’s love of songwriting drew her to Nashville, and after the band broke up, she began writing for other artists. She has written songs recorded by Kenny Chesney, Cody Johnson, Carrie Underwood, Carly Pearce, The Lone Bellow, and more. The BMG published songwriter celebrated her first No. 1 song at country radio with Kenny Chesney’s “Knowing You” and her second No. 1 song with Cody Johnson’s “The Painter.” Both songs were nominated for ACM Song of the Year, and “The Painter” won NSAI’s Song of the Year award in 2024. Apart from writing, Kat has been working on her own album, which is being produced by Kenny Chesney and Buddy Cannon, set to be released next year.

Dan Alley

At 21 years old, singer-songwriter Dan Alley moved from his hometown of Miamisburg, Ohio, to pursue music as a full-time career. Raised in a household filled with music – alongside parents who were gifted singers and a sister skilled in bluegrass instrumentation and songwriting – Alley naturally gravitated toward the guitar at nine years old and has remained devoted to it ever since. By age 18, he was performing almost nightly at venue spaces after wrapping up his daily workday. Recognizing that his true passion belonged to writing and performing rather than standard employment, he relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, to pursue his artistic aspirations. Drawing inspiration from traditional icons like Hank Williams Jr., Merle Haggard, and Keith Whitley, Alley seamlessly merges classic country elements with a fresh, enduring sensibility. As a songwriter, he has earned major cuts recorded by acclaimed artists including Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs, Luke Bryan, Joe Nichols, Jon Pardi, Braxton Keith, and Hudson Westbrook. His impressive track record features three No. 1 songs on the Texas country radio charts, along with three recent country radio chart-toppers: Luke Bryan’s “Country Song Came On,” Hudson Westbrook’s “House Again,” and Luke Combs’ “Be By You.” Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Dan writes for River House Artists as a staff songwriter while continuing to create and publish original material.

Sam Banks

Nashville-based country artist and songwriter Sam Banks is known for his heartfelt lyrics, authentic storytelling, and sound that blends traditional country with a modern edge. Raised outside Kansas City, Banks found his passion for country music early and has since shared the stage with artists including Craig Morgan, Trace Adkins, Thomas Rhett, Zac Brown, Gary LeVox, Jelly Roll, and Jimmy Fortune. A career highlight came when Banks performed at the Grand Ole Opry alongside Craig Morgan. As a songwriter, his credits include Luke Combs’ No. 1 hit “Be By You,” Riley Green’s “Bartender in Destin,” and songs recorded by artists such as Craig Morgan, Matt Lang, Josh Ward, and William Michael Morgan, as well as a Texas No. 1 hit for Jake Bush. After signing a publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group in 2026, Banks continues to make his mark as one of country music’s emerging voices.
