Justin’s Place® Recovery Program

Long Term Programs for Men And Women Aimed to Combat Drug and Alcohol Addiction

Justin’s Place Recovery Program offers 12-month residential recovery solutions designed to equip adult men and women battling addiction with the tools needed to live sober and productive lives. Established in 2010, the program operates with the vision of offering structured, spiritual recovery to those seeking a fresh start.

Justin’s Story

Justin’s Place Recovery Program is named in honor of Justin Holecek. graduated from St. John Neumann High School in 1997 and from the University of Florida in 2002.

He was an intelligent young man with a wonderful personality but suffered from the disease of alcoholism. After years of abuse, Justin died on September 18, 2009, at the age of 30.

“It is our prayer that Justin’s Place will provide recovery in a structured, spiritual manner to people who reach out with a strong desire for a new beginning and a life free of addiction.” Bruce & Jeri Holecek Justin’s Parents

Jill’s Story

Jill Wright was born November 17, 1971, and grew up in Michigan with her parents and brothers. A graduate of the University of Florida, Jill was gentle, creative, compassionate, thoughtful and loving.

Like many, Jill struggled with alcohol, and in 2017, after a tragic accident, she passed away. At that time, she was on the waiting list for entry into Justin’s Place Recovery Program.

Taking what could have been bitterness, Jill’s family turned the loss of their beloved daughter into a legacy of hope. The Wright Family partnered with St. Matthew’s House to open the Jill Wright Retreat Center, which now houses the program and allowed the expansion of the Recovery Program so that more women in need could receive quicker access to life-transforming programs.

The goal of Justin’s Place Recovery Program is to help those struggling with an addiction to find freedom, hope, and healing. This goal is based on the reality that there is a living God who truly desires to redeem, restore, and equip those struggling with life-controlling issues with a life free from addictions.
