For over 37 years, St. Matthew’s House has tackled challenges born from the needs of Southwest Florida.

Our unique social enterprise business model helps cover the administrative expenses for the organization, so donations go toward our program expenses.

Nearly 152,000 individuals experience food insecurity in Southwest Florida every year.

Today, I have a relationship with God, I owe that all to Justin’s Place and the women that have gone before me. I know my God reaches everyone right where they are.

There is no way I can convey to you the gratitude I have for this place. What level of gratitude lives inside of you when you know that some place through God’s help saved your life?

I came to St. Matthew’s House, with my daughter, to get back on my feet. I am very grateful… very grateful. It has changed my outward look on life, I don’t feel hopeless anymore.

Anytime you do something that you see the impact of it always feels rewarding. That’s the whole reason for giving. You give; they receive, but you receive more.
