Vice President of Human Capital
Kiley Tyler is the Vice President of Human Capital for St. Matthew’s House and has served the organization since April 2015. She is responsible for direct human resources programs and volunteer coordination services; providing information and serving as the primary resource to 200+ employees currently and enhancing the volunteer experience. Kiley has over eight years’ experience within the non-profit, human resources field focusing in on employee relations, mission & core value alignment, wage administration, benefit design & administration, recruitment, employee and volunteer development, workers compensation, payroll support, and training initiatives.
Kiley is an alumni of the University of South Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and to Florida Gulf Coast University where she earned her Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration. She initially had a passion for healthcare, but God steered her heart to align with ministry work. She has also become an Adjunct Professor, teaching Human Resources at an affiliated Christian University. Kiley has found that St. Matthew’s House is the epitome of servant leadership and is thankful and honored to serve such an amazing ministry.

Kiley resides in Naples with her husband Zachary and two children. They love to work on DIY house projects and enjoy spending time at the pool or beach.
