DESCRIPTION:  \n \nJoin us on Saturday\, February 11\, 2017\, for the 13th annual Cars on 5th show! \nThe 2016 show broke all previous attendance records\, with over 50\,000 attendees viewing 550 private and dealer car entries displayed in historic downtown Naples. It is a rare collection of exotics and collector cars found in one location. \nCars on 5th provides critical financial backing for St. Matthew’s House\, enabling us to help individuals escape poverty\, homelessness and drug abuse. With an estimated attendance of 50\,000 people\, $130\,000 was collected thanks to the hard work of our staff and volunteers. \nIn 2016 the show broke all previous attendance records. And with over 550 private entries and dealer cars displayed\, rarely could such a superb collection of exotics and collector cars be found in one location. \nOur sponsors include Ferrari of Tampa Bay\, Seminole Casino Hotel\, Naples Bentley-Porsche\, Naples Motorsports\, Blackhorse Motors\, Fidelity Investments\, Gulf Coast Motorworks and more. These dealers will once again bring a fine selection of exotic and classic cars\, adding to the hundreds of enthusiast-owned entries that will fill Fifth Avenue in February. \nAnd of course\, over 100 Ferraris will be on display with a fine mix of vintage and current V-8s and V-12s from Maranello that are guaranteed to please the crowds. We expect to have several new 488GTBs and Spiders on display. \nThe British contingent will include Jaguar\, Lotus\, Triumph and the stately Bentleys. Porsches will be plentiful including some rare race cars. American cars will not be overshadowed\, with over 60 Corvettes and other muscle cars expected. \nThe Mercato section of the show will be bigger than ever with a multitude of businesses. This fun-filled event will be held at the brand new\, 1\,150 acre\, ALTAIR Regional Training Facility (the old Hendry County Correctional Facility)\, located at 12551 Wainwright Drive\, Immokalee\, Florida. A rare chance to see this amazing facility\, not generally open to the public. \nThe fundraiser will feature live music by country music rising star\, Joe Bachman\, as well as performances by local talent Jon Bowlin\, and the Lehigh Children’s Choir. Along with shooting demonstrations\, an amazing silent auction\, plenty of barbeque\, a kids play land\, raffles\, vendor booths\, and much more! \nGuardian Angels Medical Service Dogs is a 501(C)3 Based in Florida that rescues\, raises\, trains and then donates individually trained medical service dogs to Veterans and others who suffer from disabilities. DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, March 1st from 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.\, St. Matthew’s House and Johnny and Lisa PerMar (of JohnnyandLisaDance.com) will host the 2nd annual ‘HUNGER BALL’ to support the mission and programs of St. Matthew’s House. \nThe event will take place at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (625 111th Ave N.\, Naples) and will culminate a weekend of non-stop fundraising. Ballroom dance instructors Johnny and Lisa PerMar will be giving away FREE private dance lessons during their ‘WILL DANCE FOR FOOD’ campaign. \nAs part of the ‘WILL DANCE FOR FOOD’ campaign\, donors will receive a private dance lesson in exchange for two (2) full event bags donated with non-perishable food items. The couple and their team of instructors will teach the lessons for 48 hours straight from February 27-28 at the Naples Performing Arts Center. \nTheir goal is to raise more than a metric ton of donated food during the campaign. Dinner will be provided by SMH Catering\, a social enterprise of St. Matthew’s House. \nTo date\, the Justin’s Place Recovery Program has graduated 186 individuals.

DESCRIPTION:The Naples Chapter of the Ferrari Club of America is proud to announce the 11th Annual ‘Cars on 5th’ show in Naples. Set for Saturday February 14th\, 2015\, on Fifth Avenue South\, the eleventh annual show will be better than ever. \nThe ‘Cars on 5th’ show is also about helping the community and giving to those in need. Donations from the attendees and individual contributions to our featured charities have risen over $350\,000 over the past ten years. The 2015 11th Annual Cars on 5th will benefit our featured Naples charity\, St. Matthew’s House\, which has been giving back to Southwest Florida for more than a quarter century. St. Matthew’s House works to offer hope to the hopeless through its emergency shelters and transitional housing facilities\, food pantries\, daily feeding ministry\, and its innovative ‘Justin’s Place’ drug/alcohol recovery programs. \nThe Ferrari Club of America is the largest Ferrari club in the world with over 5\,000 members that benefit from its activities\, events and enthusiast camaraderie. \nThe 2014 show broke all previous attendance records\, and with over 500 private entries and dealer cars\, the displays on the street were outstanding. Rarely can such a superb collection of exotics and collector cars be found in one location\, and there were plenty of enthusiasts on hand to enjoy the show. The attendance estimates numbered nearly 40\,000\, and there was lots to see and enjoy in the lovely Naples weather. \nTo conclude the show all car owners will start their cars at 3 PM sharp for a resounding Drive-Off by over 400 cars. It is a fitting send off for what is to be another successful ‘Cars on 5th’ here in Naples Florida.
