Beth is a Human Resource leader with over twenty years of experience. Her passion is in serving non-profit organizations to elevate the HR service delivery for the organizations. She enjoys building and improving the HR infrastructure through technology, compliance, development programs, and people. Prior to joining St. Matthew’s House, Beth held several human resource leadership positions in Ohio with for-profit and non-profit organizations in a variety of industries.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio and a Juris Doctorate degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her license to practice law in the State of Ohio. Beth is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM).

Beth enjoys spending time with her family, serving at church, reading, and music and enjoys many outdoor activities. Beth is married with two sons, Nathan (19) and Andrew (17).
