Naples, FL (May 23, 2019)-Over $125,000 was raised at The 22nd Annual Dean Lind Memorial Golf Classic held at the Quarry in Naples. The event raised critically important funds for St. Matthew’s House, which serves some of the most vulnerable people Southwest Florida.
Vann Ellison, President and CEO of St. Matthew’s House said, “We are so excited about the success of this event. It provides essential funding for our efforts to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless and provide freedom for the addicted.”
Nick Porter, Development Operations Manager for St. Matthew’s House, supported a dedicated volunteer steering committee, who planned this year’s golf event. “We appreciate the role that all of our donors, golfers, the team at the Quarry and volunteers and staff contributed to make the 22nd Annual Dean Lind Memorial Golf Classic a success,” Porter said. “I’m grateful for the extra hours, the behind-the-scenes work, the meetings, on-site assistance and for everyone that came out to golf for a great cause.”
