Proverbs 19:14
Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done.
The opioid crisis. A rise in homeless children and families. A shortage of affordable housing.
These are big problems facing our society and community.
St. Matthew’s House exists to meet these challenges and we are at the center of solving these problems. So, how do we build momentum on these issues?

Feeding more people: We are building a new, updated kitchen in Naples to feed more people and to train more residents in the culinary arts.
Providing more shelter: For the last three years, we’ve had waiting lists for the Naples and Immokalee shelters. We now have just under 400 men, women, and children every night in our care. We are actively pursuing additional shelter space in Southwest Florida.
Healing the addicted: Our Justin’s Place Recovery Program has seen over 400 graduates. We’re introducing a new program to local high schools talking with teens about drug abuse and sharing real testimonies from Justin’s Place graduates.
During the Momentum campaign, we are looking to raise $1,000,000 to better serve more men, women, and children through this ministry. We are looking for 4,000 donors to contribute $250 or more to move the mission forward on these projects.
