Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting for Café M25, a New Coffeehouse Serving Starbucks® Coffee
Naples, FL – St. Matthew’s House will host The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce during its grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony, officially opening Café M25 to the public. The ceremony will take place Tuesday, April 14th at noon at the Café which is located inside the St. Matthew’s House Boutique Thrift Store (2601 Airport Road S., Naples, FL).
Café M25, a new coffeehouse serving Starbucks® coffee, will offer an expanded menu of beverages to its customers. Staff has completed training and soft opening periods and will be ready to open to the general public.
“We began discussions with Farestart, Catalyst Kitchens and St. Matthew’s House about four months ago and are proud to see the opening of this cafe. Starbucks has long been committed to being part of the community,” said Jessica Tarver, business development manager, Starbucks Coffee Co. “We have worked together with St. Matthew’s House to create a training program and coffee house experience that is positive and inspiring for those who are looking for a second chance and to gain the work skills necessary to reenter the workforce.”
“This is an exciting opportunity because we partner with such great corporate brands to ensure the needs of the poor and hungry are met every day,” said Vann Ellison, President of St. Matthew’s House. “We’ve received a lot of accolades and endorsements over the years, and one of the greatest is that a company like Starbucks is willing to partner with a local not for profit to make a real difference in our community.”
The café will provide employment and job training opportunities for residents of St. Matthew’s House. Cafe M25 will serve Starbucks® products and mark the first partnership of its kind in Collier County.
